Specifications say "No Onboard Video Chipset" but has Video Ports for VGA + HDMI. Does this board require a graphics card ?

I purchased this board. I don't believe it actually has on-board graphics. I didn't see the option in the BIOS for it. My guess (and this is pure speculation) is that they stubbed out the video on this version of the board. But in the factory, they could drop in the hardware for on-board video without having to change how the board is actually produced. Like another person offered, you likely wouldn't want to use the on-board video anyway. But to each his or her own.
