Kingston is the #1 Best Memory Manufacturer8/19/2012 11:32:22 AM
Pros: Tested 32GB (4 of these sticks) in both an MSI Z77 motherboard and an ASUS Sabertooth X79 board. Stress tested with Memtest HCI to 1000% with no errors while running Prime95, no BSODs or problems at all. Also tested with Memtest86+ - 15 passes with no errors. This memory seems to have great compatability with the newest Z77 and X79 boards. I wouldn't worry about the lack of heat spreaders, that is just for show anyway. I'd rather have plain looking memory that ran perfect than some fancy Corsair memory with flashy heat spreaders that kept giving me BSODs (been there, done that). Stay away from all other manufacturers and go with Kingston, you'll be happy you did. These are relatively new kits and I hope Newegg keeps stocking them because I would continue to use them for my business.
Overall Review: Fits under the Cooler Master Hyper CPU cooler, this 8GB/stick ram works with the Asus F2A85-V Pro MB I got, put in 2 sticks to replace the Corsair Vengence that was recommended (6 blue screens a day). Not 1 problem since it went in (16GB for now), faster, smoother really makes the MB shine.
Pros: After trying 3 different types of RAM, this is the first one that actually runs at 1600 on my XPS 8500. Thanks to the previous reviewer who noted this. So far so good... it is RAM, it is working at the advertised speed, and no errors.
Overall Review: '... The reason for this is because 32-bit versions of Windows are not optimized for anything more than 4GBs of RAM....' Really? NOT! The reason is (if you can do MATH) there is no 32bit address space available beyond ~<4GB. It is absolutely NOT a Windows limitation. Duh!
Kingston 16 GB works perfectly12/6/2014 10:38:46 AM
Pros: I bought this memory for a new system build with an ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 motherboard. It has worked flawlessly with my AMD FX-8350 processor.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: I carefully checked supported memory modules for the motherboard and processor prior to purchasing. The Kingston is on the approved list and has lived up to all expectations.
Newegg delivery was extremely fast - as usual their performance in order accuracy and delivery was great.
