On a scale of 1 to 10. How would you rate the sound quality of these headphones?

I bought these to handle work calls and for my bluetooth HAM radio so with that in mind I give them an 8 to 10 for clarity depending on the source. Land-lines come through perfectly where other cells can be weak and that is probably because of the cell service.
I have not tried streaming music to them from my laptop yet so this opinion is based on the above conversational speech only.
People on the other end of my calls have remarked how clear I sound for a headset though, with one person even asking what was the make and model so that she could go get a pair.

Do these actually cover the ears or are they like some that sit on your ear?

they sit on ears but are really comfortable and durable  been using them on ranch for over a year now and only complaint is the little rubber piece that covers charger port ripped off

how well does this style (over ear) work while wearing prescription glasses? Is it do-able? or just too uncomfortable?    anyone?

I just wish my $120 gaming headset worked half as well where that's concerned, then I could be happy.

These work unbelievably well considering the small price.

Can This be used on a nexus 4?

Don't know about Nexus 4, but it worked on my Android phone as well as my laptop PC.  It supports bluetooth 2.0, so if I have to guess, I think it will work.

how can I setup my kinivo BTH220 Silver/Black to my cellphone if I don't have the user manual?

Hold the big black button (picture of a phone handset) for about 6 seconds.  Both the blue and red lights will flash on and off; if you are wearing the Kinivo it will beep to let you know its searching. Turn your Bluetooth on your cell phone or any other device to pair it.  The BTH220 should display in your cell phone or computer (any device capable of pairing a bluetooth device).

I have an iPhone 5, but Bluetooth is pretty universal, so I would say yes. Additionally, the battery life of these is amazing.   I mostly use them during the winter as ear muffs with great sound. Rarely use them in the summer because of the heat...

Yes, the headphones worked beautifully on my iPhone 4s and iPhone 5s. Battery life is great on these headphones but they are bulky so you look like you have Princess Leia buns on your head.

For a Charging cable does it use a Mini B or a Micro B?

and does the battery support fast charging when plugged into a 2.1 amp USB vs the standard specification

It's a mini USB port on the headset. Cable (usb-usb) came with the headset. I have not tried to charge it with a high amp charger. The battery holds charge very well. I have left the half-discharged headset sitting around for weeks and still got hours of use out of it before it needed another charge.

Is this headset compatible with Droid phones and Mac Products (Mac Book Pro, Ipad, etc.)?

It works with Bluetooth enabled devices.  Certainly phones.  Apple products depend again on if they support Bluetooth connectivity.
