Why i can't connect the smart watch?
1. Check Bluetooth is paired. If not, "forget" device in phone Bluetooth settings
2. Unpair device in the watch's companion app
3. Open "Settings" on the watch and perform "Factory Reset". Finally, reconnect it
The sound always comes from the watch, what do I have to do to turn it off?
On your watch, go to "Settings" -> "Phone" -> turn off "Media Audio"
Can I reply to messages on my watch?
This watches for men can receive and make calls and sync message alerts from your phone, but it can't reply to text messages
The smartwatch is not charging?
Please check the charging port for stains and wipe it clean and check that the charging cable is energized and that the watch has a charging icon. Or restart the watch and restore it to factory settings
Is the smartwatch compatible with iOS phones or Android phones? Why can't I receive notification alerts on my watch?
