What should I know before I buy?
1. ML302 is not suitable for use with music instruments such as electronic pianos or guitars.
2. The aptX-Low Latency/Adaptive/HD feature can only be utilized if your receiving device supports those functions.
What if there is no sound from the headset after connecting this device?
1. Ensure adapter is on/charged; use another Type-C charger if needed.
2. Check 3.5mm cable to TV/adapter.
3. Confirm headphones paired and set as TV audio output. Note: Don’t use 3.5mm & Type-C together, as this may cause audio issues.
Why the audio lag still over 1s or 2s when use it with my Bluetooth headphones?
1. To reduce delays, headphones need aptX-Low Latency or aptX-Adaptive; otherwise, low latency mode won’t work.
2. ML302 is compatible with AirPods, but it doesn’t support AAC codec in transmitter mode, so you may see some audio-video sync delay.
How can I know the battery statue? How can I know the charge is done?
When the battery is low, the red light will flash once per minute to remind you to charge it in time. When you charging, the red light will always on. And when charge is finished, led light will OFF.
Why it is auto-shut down when i not using it?
In order to extend the use time, the product adopts an automatic sleep function. If not used for more than 5 minutes, the product will enter automatic sleep. Just press the button to wake up the product.
