Lenovo ThinkPad X9 15p Gen 1 Aura Edition 21VV002BUS 15.3" Copilot+ PC Notebook - Intel Core Ultra X7 358H - 32 GB - 1 TB SSD - Windows 11 Pro - Webcam - Wi-Fi 7

The Lenovo ThinkPad X9 15p Gen 1 Aura Edition (21VV002BUS) is a Windows 11 Pro Copilot+ laptop with an Intel Core Ultra X7 358H, 32GB memory, 1TB SSD, and Intel Arc B390 graphics, suited to professionals who want capable performance for demanding productivity and AI-assisted work.

Recommended For

• Mobile professionals who work across offices or travel and want a 15.3-inch workspace without carrying a heavier workstation; a professional review measured over 18 hours in its Wi-Fi browsing test at 150 nits and lists the laptop at 3.31 lb.
• Professionals who run demanding office workloads, many apps, and local AI features on one laptop; the reviewed X9-15p delivered strong CPU performance, and this configuration has 32 GB of memory, though it cannot be upgraded.
• Photo and design professionals who want a sharp, color-rich OLED screen for reviewing and editing visual work on the go; the display covers the DCI-P3 color space, and the reviewed screen was factory color-calibrated.
• People who prefer a large, responsive touchpad over a TrackPoint and want a premium-feeling Windows laptop for everyday business typing; reviewers praised the haptic touchpad and found the keyboard comfortable for long texts, while noting its layout differs from other ThinkPads.

Real-World Use Scenarios

• When traveling between meetings or working from a café, use it for email, browsing, documents, and video; reviewers report it can cover a typical workday unplugged, though runtime varies with workload and screen settings.
• At a home or office desk, connect external monitors and peripherals through Thunderbolt or HDMI; Lenovo lists support for up to three external displays, making it practical as a one-cable docked work setup.
• For photo work on location, transfer images from a full-size SD card and review or edit them on the OLED screen; the built-in reader avoids needing a separate card-reader adapter.
• For remote meetings, use the built-in camera and microphones for calls without carrying a separate webcam; a reviewer found the camera noticeably sharper than typical business-laptop webcams.
• During downtime on a trip, play lighter or well-optimized games; hands-on testing found games such as Rocket League ran smoothly, but the integrated graphics are not a substitute for a dedicated-GPU gaming laptop in demanding new titles.
