Can this be downgraded to Windows 7?

I have downgraded mine to Windows 7. I was able to find all drivers except for the Lenovo Power Management. I loaded from USB so I had to disable UEFI in BIOS to get rid of the Windows 8 partitions.

I think I had to go through different files for certain hardware, but what I did was keep a folder for verified drivers, so when the correct driver installed, I would move that install file to that folder for later use.

So in short yes, you can downgrade. It takes some work to hunt down the drivers...but it does work. It's a nice laptop with plenty of horsepower. Hope that helps.

I am not sure what you mean by asking if it can "be charged at 220v."  I can tell, though, that you are asking about it's charge capabilities.  The output from your 'source' can be 100-240V; meaning your wall outlet.  Although, the computer itself cannot take more than 20V.  You can however plug the charger into a wall outlet of 100v through 240v and it will be converted inside the 'charger' to 20v as the computer needs.  Basically your answer is yes and no. From the wall, yes.  To the computer, no.

Hi! I saw this laptop's graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce GT 720M, but why in the overview section it says Interl HD 4000 Graphics? Is it possible to install Windows 7 for me instead of 8 if I buy it?

Yes it is possible to install Windows 7 on the laptop, however, it is not as easy as you would think. With the advent of Windows 8 and secure boot, it was a bit tricky to first allow boot from CD. It can be done, I used google to search forums "install windows 7 on lenovo g700." Not terribly complicated. The next bit, this actually has "onboard" graphics as well as a separate video card. The drivers for this were a bit sticky, but again using google to find forums, I was able to install GeForce 326.80 Beta Driver to get the video card working. Now if you are a beginner, this is a bit daunting, but if you have ever had to hunt down a driver or reinstall an OS then you will be fine. The takeaway, this computer is perfect for what I need it for, I haven't jumped on the windows 8 or 8.1 bandwagon and probably wont. Manufacturers make it a little difficult to circumvent "their" setup to push new products, but I wasn't the first to take off windows 8 on a new laptop, so there is a bunch of good info out there to guide you through this.  So good luck, it's a great deal.

My son is a engineering student at school and I was told the 59359559 would be the best purchase.  Is this particular laptop comparable with the memory and duel screen capability?

If this were in stock it would be fine, as long as your son doesn't need a particularly mobile notebook. If he's taking it to class frequently, a 14" or 15" notebook would be better. Pretty much any laptop today is dual-screen capable - in fact, I can't remember the last time I saw one that isn't. Any notebook with a discrete NVIDIA graphics card (like this one) should be enough for his needs. Don't get an ultrabook, however, as memory is not normally upgradeable on those types of notebooks, and engineering apps can use a lot of memory.

Can this play Arma games for example Arma 3 or 2?

Don't know what Arma is, but I do own 3 of these laptops and they run MINECRAFT (heavily modded) at 50-60 FPS.

Be sure to set NVIDIA's control panel to recognize its GPU for games instead of Intel's.
