Very easily, go to Settings, then choose Update & Security, choose Activation from the left pane.  You can either upgrade with an existing product key, if you already own a license; or you can pay 99$ (click go to store in activation page) to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro.

After adding a 2nd SSD drive will Windows 7 install and work?

I'm sorry i have no idea what a SSD drive is?  I am happy with my computer though.  I have windows 10 i believe and i had someone transfer my old files onto this computer & all was
well.

Does it have a HDD?

This computer does not have a Hard Disk Drive. It uses a Solid State Drive instead. While the SSD has less space, it is drastically faster than a HDD.

If you need more memory, it is possible to install a big HDD to use as a secondary storage space for files and programs.

Has anyone tried gaming on this desktop? If so, how's the experience?

The Intel HD Graphics 630 isn't good for gaming. Out of the box, I wouldn't advise it. With the purchase of a moderate graphics card, this PC would be fine.

Has one open ddr4 memory slot so yes it can be expanded to 16Gb and one open Sata 3.
