Does this have a webcam built in?

Yes it does. I've had problems with the display driver not being compatible with windows 10. Everything else about the laptop is wonderful.

What is the max memory amount for this laptop? And is it possible to drop a SSD into it?

The maximum memory is theoretically 8GB but the maximum "supported" memory is 4GB. I already replaced my HDD with a 240GB SSD.
