Will this work with a Ideapad 320-15IAP?

Based on what I am seeing in the service manual for that model, I believe so. The looks like the laptop is designed to use either a 45 watt or 65 watt power adapter with this type of plug. This being a 45 watt adapter, you should be okay. It might be worth checking the Lenovo page for that laptop, and the pdf service manual there. The page for that system can be found via a standard web search for that model. The Lenovo support page for it might look cluttered, but is actually one of the best designs I have seen for that sort of thing. Hope this helps.
