Yes, the Lenovo H30-50 Desktop PC Intel Core i5 4460 (3.2GHz) 8GB DDR3 1TB HDD Windows 8.1 64-Bit computer has a HDMI port and a VGA port.
If you get a HDMI Monitor (I purchased the ASUS 27") don't forget the HDMI cable as it doesn't come with the computer or the monitor.  FYI you won't have sound if you connect the sound cable, all you need is the HDMI cable.

There is one port for a VGA monitor and you can attach another into the HDMI port, then using the video interface you should be able to configure both to work together.
