does it come with a keyboard and mouse.  what monitor do you recommend ?

Yes it comes with a keyboard and mouse, but they are very cheap.  Also, the keyboard has several keys in odd places for no reason I can fathom.  I set it up for my customer using their old keyboard which still felt better and stronger than the one included in the box.

This is a "business class" machine, and so I would expect you to be doing anything that would require a special monitor.  Any 1280 x 1024 or better resolution monitor should make you very happy.

Is this model wireless ?

I don't see any slots on the motherboard for:
           3 PCI-E x1
           1 Mini PCI-E
which in the description states are included?

I has one slot.  I am not sure what kind it is.  The information also said it had a HDMI outlet and it does NOT!  This is my first experience with Window 8 and my last.  Absolutely useless!

Can I put a graphics card in this?

actually I believe you can, an internal card that is.  If you click the specs tab above and scroll down to the expansion line you will see 3 expansion slots and the format for each.  I have added an internal graphics card on several Lenovos of similar design. Just make sure that any internal graphics card you buy has the correct configuation (PCI-E 16x etc) for the slot available in the machine.

Your are correct Dean W. I specifically ordered this model for the HDMI outlet. It does not have one. I am returning it, but am afraid to reorder it as it may happen again! UGH!!!

can this computer supports 3 monitors?

The computer is not able to support 3 monitors, it only has one output (vga). If it is advertised that it has an HDMI output this is untrue. Great choice, fast and quiet.
