What is the wattage on the power supply?

The one I received was a mere 180 watts, and an odd factory-form (forgot the designation).

Also the mobo is 14 pin, so good luck on replacing the power-supply.

Indeed it does. The mini pcie slot is populated with a combo card. So it's got 802.11b/g/n wireless and bluetooth. It's also installed with Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth Suite.

Can this PC be set-up for Windows 7 instead of Windows 8?

Absolutely. Make sure to start it up and create backup disks first, then feel free to boot off your windows 7 installation disk (sold separately).
