2 in the front and 4 in the back. It also has a SD/MMC port, and HDMI port. I just recently purchased it and I am happy with it.

Just to expound, because you got 2 different answers:  there are 4 (FOUR) USB ports on the back. There are 2 USB ports on the front, and there is one HDMI port on the back. I know this because I just looked on the back of the computer and 3 of the USB ports are being used by (1) keyboard, (2) mouse, and (3) printer,  and the fourth one is empty.

Question 3

This item is listed as having a 17.1 which may refer to a monitor.  Then if you look at the specifications,  there is a listing for Monitor and it calls out a 17.1.    This is the only reference to a monitor possibly coming with this unit.   Is this model bundled with a monitor?   If not, then you need to fix the reference.   Otherwise, it is confusing.

How many bays for more hard drives?

Michael there is one more bay setup second HD  but you will need another power cable to the HD for the connector on the mother board.. There is an unused connector on the  drive data cable so thats covered.  Bill

Yes Louis. Both. But not DVI. 
I am currently using VGA but will migrate to a HDMI monitor soon.

Will this computer support a Bluray player and be able to handle 1080p video output no problem?  What about streaming 1080p/DTS video from the web?

I am able to stream HD video, the highest quality video on all the major download sites for instance, no problem with a capable modem (I did not miss type cable).

I am not a computer guy so I can't answer a question with the word "support" in it; however, you feel as if you are driving a car that is never even reaching half its RPMs when you sit behind the keyboard and race the interwebs.

It does have SATA, unless you are looking for e-SATA which it does not have. You can hook up a Display with the HDMI and also with the VGA. You can run dual display but one will be analog and the other would be HD.

Is the 6GB memory on one card or is the 6GB memory divided into two 3GB cards?
