Question 1

Does this computer have Windows 8.0 or 8.1?  I purchased a Lenovo from you for my Florida Condominium in April of this year and I would like the same unit for my Michigan home.  I would also like to order a new monitor for this computer.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. It came with Windows 8. After I updated about 100 Windows update, I installed Windows 8.1 and had zero problems.
The keyboard and mouse it came with is really not good. I bought a 24" Samsung monitor from Office depot that is great, and bought HDMI cord. I like this computer.

Does this pc have USB 3.0?

no, and I wouldn't recommend buying it. 
I had to send mine back twice since it arrived broken. 
Finally received another model from Lenovo as a replacement.

Question 3

What operating system does this machine come with? Is it availible with windows 7?

Comes with windows 8. Don't know if you have a choice of 7.
Besides that, don't recommend this machine. 
First, hard drive failed. Had to wait for technician 
Then, after new HD install, it would load the OS, so had to send back to Lenovo - another 2 week wait. 
Then, couldn't recognize the graphics card with HDMI connection - had to buy VGA. 
Pain!

Question 4

Does this computer support the lates SATA format Sata III for hard drives? I would like to add a Solid State Drive and want the fastest access.

Does this product have wifi included or will a wireless adapter need to be placed into the pc?

That is not correct.  There is WLAN incorporated.  Worked fine at my house, but at my girlfriend's house--where wifi is distant (but not too distant for phone or *my* laptop)--it does not connect; so you might need to pick up a range extender.

Question 6

Is the Video card integraded or it can be upgraded to a better one? I'm currently stuck to my laptops integraded "Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family" video card, looking for a PC that allows me to upgrade.

Yes, there is space to install video card, but I wouldn't suggest buying this computer.

It's very badly made / put together, and you will have problems - I did from day one.
