I have never been inside the case to verify, but the tag on the tower lists the following:

100-127/200 - 240V
6/3A
50/60 Hz

I realize that does not specify the power supply rating but I believe this is the operating specs for power requirements.

is the graphic card upgradable?

I use the embedded video card on the motherboard.  The PC has 4 (3+1) upgrade slots, so assume you can add a graphics card.  Look at lenovo website for info on the slot type to get the correct card type that will fit in the PC.
