this is not used nor refurbished its new freshly put together when you receive is and runs grate not the best but more then enoph for an average user or simple gamer

How do you know if you only need to purchase a product key or the complete software pkg. with this or any computer. case in point Microsoft Office ?

The operating system (Windows 8) comes preinstalled on this machine. Eventhough no software disks come with it the key is printed on a small Microsoft sticker on the side if the machine.

Like with all purchased PCs note that only a 30-day trial of MS Office comes installed. Past the 30-days you will have to purchase the license key for it.
