can you charge via type c?

The Lenovo website makes it sound like the charger isn't USB, so I don't think it does but I can't find confirmation - I don't know why they make it so hard to see if it has this feature, I love it and won't buy a laptop without it.

Yes, the screen resolution is 2560 x 1600.

Can it be upgraded to Linux ?

Anything can be upgraded to Linux. All you have to do is get a USB with a distro and install it. You MAY be able to dual boot, but I haven't done that in years and have no idea how to anymore. When going to Linux, you have the option to wipe and install. Just as a piece of advise, set up Windows first and link it to your MS account so you can save the Windows key to your account in case you decide to go back. Plus, you would be able to move your key to another computer if you so choose.

Is this laptop upgradable? If so what specs can you upgrade?

The laptop is not upgradeable. It has 16 GB of onboard memory with no available memory slots for upgrades.

Yes, the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 16IAU7 has Bluetooth 5.1 capability.
