Yes it does. Along with a whole lot of unnecessary factory-apps, but the good news is it only took me about 20 minutes to uninstall all of those apps, and make the laptop nice and streamlined, and clutter-free.

In fact, I'm pretty happy with this laptop, in general. Would recommend.

I would assume that someone with custom BIOS flashing might be able to enable a few tweaks, but to be frank there isn't much to be gained on a system like this.

That said, you might be able to upgrade the CPU a bit, but will be limited by how much power it can consume.  This lists as 1.6GHz, but will overclock itself on demand to a much higher speed as needed.  This particular CPU has a max turbo frequency of 3.9GHz, has 6MB of Cache, 4 cores and does 8 threads.   Not a bad CPU as it is.  And bundled with the SSD, this system is pretty snappy.

Which has better battery life? Intel 8265U machine or AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with both running the same software and using same settings.
