Ad says 21.5", does this come with monitor that size or what does that refer to?

Although that does sound like a monitor, I bought my K450E without a monitor.  I will tell you that the rig works great, giving me fast and reliable service.  I do not play games, so if that is what you are going to use it for, I cannot provide any guidance there.

I HAVE A GATEWAY LAPTOP WHICH I AM GIVING TO MY DAUGHTER.  IT HAS 8.1 ALREADY ON IT.  CAN I TAKE IT OFF AND PUT IT ON THE DESKTOP?

Your asking if you can move 8.1 from laptop to desktop? Unfortunately that's not the case. You either need to get a CD with a product key or download the software from Microsoft  and you can upload 8.1. Plus, you wouldn't be able to do it because that laptop has different hardware, and the software won't work the same. So pick up a fresh copy of Windows 8.1

I see in the reviews that the video card is wrong in the specs,,,, so what kind of video card is installed... and is there anything else on the specs page that is wrong?

The video card installed was as listed.  I replaced it so that I could obtain higher quality dual-monitor HD graphics on large screens.

Does this computer support dual monitors?

You probably could. There is one VGA port in the rear that would be functional, along with one HDMI port next to it. So you could hook an VGA monitor and a TV up together, but I'm not sure if you could use them as the same time.  But hey, you can always get a video card that supports two monitors.

Can I get this computer with Windows 7 Pro installed?

Yes, you can get Windows 7 Pro installed but not thru this site. I would recommend going to a near by computer repair shop after purchasing this computer.

If I wished to upgrade the memory to 32 gb would that void the warranty?

Does the computer still come with a  free windows 10 upgrade if you buy it on the current promotion?

Any Windows 7 or 8 will be upgraded free of charge to Windows 10 when it is released by Microsoft.  The older versions don't even have to be legitimate copies.

Are these new units or refurbished?  Lenovo doesn't carry this model on their website as there is a newer model now.
