I believe that it is 2 8GB sticks of ram. Another thing, the motherboard only comes with two RAM slots

Normally, you would use one of the SATA ports to add a DVD-RW to the case.  However, the case seems to have no slots for any DVD unit.  This is unfortunately all too common, and getting information on the internals of the case is very difficult.  I suggest that if you want to use a DVD unit, use an external unit connected to a USB3 connector, which this unit appears to have.

Where are the HDMI/Display Ports? And how many are there of each?

It has a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB. Whatever ports are on that card is what it has.
