I am not sure what the power supply is. So far we really like the unit though. It works very well for our purposes.  Wife mostly uses it for the Sims games. Very pleased with New Egg and have purchased through them before.

can the graphics card be updated to a gtx 1060?

Yes but it's not worth the extra money. The included 4Gb GTX 1050 Ti benchmarks are pretty much the same as the 3Gb GTX 1060 reference card. For a performance boost you will need to jump to the 1070 or 1080 or the Ti models.
