Can I change out the HHD drive for an SSD drive ?

Yes, but it can be tricky. There are two screws at the bottom of the back of the case, and you need to use a thin tool to press in the snap tabs that hold the rest of it closed. The internal drive is a 3.5" one in its own bay, but it's easy to remove. If you don't have a 3.5" adapter for the SSD to slot into, it's probably fine being in their loose.

I used the drive clone software that came with the SSD, using it with an external USB3 enclosure. After swapping, the system booted up just fine from the SSD.

Yes, My All-In-One Desktop came with a USB Mouse, a Bilingual keyboard, and a power cord, along with some basic Set-Up Documentation!
