Does this unit come with a disc if problems develop?

No it does not. It has a bare copy of Windows 10 Pro 64 on the hard drive, along with some diagnostics and such you can boot into if you press enter on your keyboard at boot time. If you are concerned about recovering Windows 10 Pro 64 say in the case of disk failure you can download a copy of Windows 10 Pro from Microsoft as long as you have the key. The Windows 10 Pro 64 key on mine was a little sticker with teenie tiny letters too small for old eyes to read.... I had to take a pic of it with my cell phone and enlarge so I could read it. You also have to put in the key sometime after the first boot for Microsoft to recognize your copy of Windows 10 Pro 64 as valid. That I somehow screwed up and its why I know that you can download from Microsoft etc etc....

Also I'd suggest making a full disc copy backup of the drive soon after starting, that gives you another recovery method.  AOMEI has backup software that allows personal users to make a standalone boot backup software that you can run for free (at least it was free for personal use at the time I used it).

None of this is documented in what you receive by the way. But since I got it up and running properly I've been extremely happy with it.

No it does not. It has multiple USB 3.0 ports though to plug in a USB wireless dongle.

Possibly, but the type of card is very dependant. I think most mid-high end gpus will be too long and possibly to tall for most sff cases. Not a GPU expert, but these cases are made for cubicle-desktop size economy and not really for expansion cards.

There is no GPU/graphics card.  The graphics are on-board, i.e., "integrated."  The specs say that it has Intel HD Graphics 4600.
