What is meant by "Grade B"?

Interesting question, but I ignored that bit of info. I suppose, because it's used, makes it a "grade B".  I prefer Win7 but I decided to buy this Win10 machine to get familiar with 10 since I'll eventually have to. I'm quite satisfied with it so far. It's actually faster than my win7 machine which is a i7 (the Lenovo is i5). Whether it's because of Win10 or the SSD, Idon't know. Incidentally, this Lenovo is about the same age as my Win7.

Not out of the box, I would recommend adding a discreet GPU to get it in a more capable state for gaming.  I would recommend the low profile GTX 1050 Ti I linked below as it is an affordable option that should have no problem running Rainbow 6 Siege on medium/low settings at 1080p, hope this helps!
