Are these things clean? Like they have been blown out and wiped off with cleaner, etc?

Yes the item was clean. Like new in appearance. I am replacing the item due to a noisy drive.  It had a growling sound. I am getting a replacement if they still have one. This desktop has all of the features that I need so I really hope that the next one is perfect.

The photo of the back shows a VGA and a DisplayPort.  Wonder why there's a missing expansion card cover, where an add-in graphics card would normally go.

i have previously asked who did the refurbishing?  were they a authorized lenovo refurbisher?  what is the name of the refurbisher?

however i forgot to ask what was the grade and condition of the computer cosmetically ?
