Yes, the standard 60W one comes with it.  There also is a 90W one that Lenovo makes but you only need it if you're using the TinyPC and the TinyPC monitor.  It usually come with the monitor.

4th Gen of a Core i5, so three screens chained of of the D-P all work, or one screen on the VGA and any VGA or DVI or HDMI screen on the D-P....you just need a cord with an end that fits into your screen, and at the computer end, a D-P (and don't buy the Apple-Mac mini-DP)
