Not internally, no.  You would have to use an external USB CD or DVD drive.  I had gotten a version of this PC from Lenovo, where they had the external drive for it, so that it attached easily to the chassis of the PC to easily stay together, so that may be an option as well.  But there is definitely not room enough to put a CD or DVD drive internally.
