Can I easily connect two monitors or will I need to upgrade in some way?  If so, what upgrades does this need to support dual monitors (other than two monitors)?

This model should have 1 VGA port and 2 Displayport ports. So you should be able to hook up at least 2 monitors and it should work for 3. You will need to check your monitors have the appropriate ports and/or get some adapters. If you are getting a Displayport to VGA adapter I recommned an "Active" one opposed to a "passive" one

Question 2

Can someone point me to the correct sticks of RAM that will  work with this model? I want a total of 16 gigs...a link would be wonderful! I want to be sure I order the correct memory.

Your best bet is to call the manufacturer. I have ordered RAM in the past for this machine and have had hit-or-miss results. The RAM is definitely 2666 MHz speed, not 2400 MHz as some descriptions may have you believe.

According to the manufacturer's spec pdf it'll come with 4 RAM slots total. It can support up to 64gb and uses DDR4 2666MHz UDIMM RAMs.

Question 4

can this accept an SSD?

It can support the 2280 m.2 drive, you have to add an m.2 adapter, this part number (4XF0P01011). There are 2 m.2 slots on the motherboard (1 is near the i/o panel and pci-e slots and the other is on the bottom right of the board, near the sata ports.) The m.2 on the middle of the board, I believe is only for wifi. You will have to use the one on bottom right to achieve 2280 length. We have successfully setup many m.2 2280 configurations with this machine. Hope this helps, any questions, please let me know.
