can you add a second HDD?

Short answer is yes you can.

There are 3 different form factors.  Mine was a type 10A2 (search for manual m83m93p_hmm.pdf).
The motherboard has 3 SATA connectors (2 are used by HDD and DVD) plus one eSATA (external), and there's a bay for a second HDD.
So, you can add another HDD, but you will still have to buy some cables (power & SATA).

Question 2

Does this computer/window 10 pro come with word and excel?

I just bought it for the hardware and installed an OS as soon as it came in, so can't confirm what was on the SSD.  HOWEVER...

A license without media for Microsoft Office Home and Business (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook) would cost almost as much as the computer itself.  It seems *extremely* unlikely the supplier could include a legitimate (not trial version) of MSOffice.

Unless you specifically *Microsoft* office, you may find some free alternatives do the job.  Just search for FOSS alternatives to MSOffice.

does this motherboard have option to add graphics card?

If you get the small form factor like I did, then you are limited in options for graphics cards. You have to get one that is low profile (it must be less than 9.5mm/3.5in tall). The power supply is also only 240 watts (and TFX, I believe; ATX form factor doesn't fit), so in is probably not a good idea to put in a card that needs more power than the PCI slot itself provides (70 watts). Radeon cards would work, those aren't in particularly abundant supply right now, so you are pretty much looking only at the GT 1030, GTX 1050, or GTX 1050 ti. Last I checked, a GTX 1050 low profile will be about $125, and the ti will be closer to $180-200. The GT 1030 GDDR5 is about $80, which still plays all but the most demanding games (especially if you don't mind low/medium graphics settings). If you want a graphics card for productive tasks like video editing, or if you want to get a good deal on a used graphics card on Craigslist (which are far more rare in low profile), I would highly recommend getting a bigger tower that can fit larger cards. But if this suits your needs, the value is good in the small form factor.

The picture showing the front of the machine shows two blue USB ports - are those 3.0, and are the ports on the back 2.0 or 3.0?

Blue ports indicates USB 3.x protocol support. USB 3.x supports two transfer speed- 5Gbps (SuperSpeed) and 10Gbps (SuperSpeed+). Panton 300c blue ports are SuperSpeed and teal blue ports are SuperSpeed+ ports. But in some laptops or computers, black ports with SS or SS+ marking is used as USB 3.x ports.

Black USB ports indicates USB 2.x and white shows USB 1.x or USB 2.x.

Question 5

Is there a slot for an aftermarket video care? Or does it have an HDMI out jack?

There are slots for video card.  There is display ports.  You would need  a display port to hdmi adapter to out video to a hdmi device
