is this brand new or refurbished? We sell computers with upgraded configurations. If the computer has been modified (as listed above), then the manufacturer box was opened for testing and inspection and to install the upgrades according to the specifications as advertised.
what kind of warranty is there? The manufacturer offers a 1-year warranty.
what is the return policy? Our return policy is 30-days for refund and 60-days for a replacement.
have never purchased from Newegg what kind of company is this? We are a third-party seller that advertises our items on the Newegg marketplace.
