How to use the multimedia or F1-F12 functions?
The cute keyboard is in media functions by default. The F1-F12 functions need to be activated by pressing fn + F1-F12 keys. Or you can activate the fn lock to use the F1-F12 function directly (The fn lock key is F11 key).
What if the USB Receiver is Lost or Damaged?

Wireless Keyboard
- 1. Take out the battery and USB receiver, reload the battery and plug the receiver into the computer.
- 2. Turn on the keyboard switch, which should be within 20cm away from the receiver.
- 3. Press and hold the keyboard “ESC” + “K” keys together to pair again.
Wireless Mouse
- 1. Take out the battery and USB receiver, reload the battery and plug the receiver into the computer.
- 2. Turn on the mouse switch, which should be within 20cm away from the receiver.
- 3. Press and hold the Right button and Scroll button together to pair again.
Note: If the above solution doesn’t help, Replace Batteries,repeat the procedures to pair again.
