Will this fit into an Australian socket?

What I got was the North American socket. However theoretically it can work with Australian Light Socket if you have an Adapter or a cord that fits into the PSU image you see. On the box for AC input it says 100 to 240VAC 47 to 63hz. I know Australia uses 230 volts at 50hz. You would need an adapter, Australia uses Type I AS/NZS 3112 while North America uses type A or B NEMA 1-15P or 5-15P. That should help incase you want to look for a AC Adapter.

Is this compatible with the Asus M5A97 LE r2.0 mobo?

This does work with the Asus M5a99x r2.0 evo. It also has the power connectors that your mobo requires plus some. So yes it should be compatible with yours.

will this fit a DIYPC Adventurer-9601G Black Steel Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case with 5 x 120mm Green Fan and 1 x USB3.0? If so where do you like to make sure?

Physically the PSU will fit in the case; they are all a standard size. Your case fans typically plug into your motherboard. If you have more case fans than the motherboard has fan plugs, then you can plug the fans into a peripheral 4-pin connector (same connector for plugging power into a DVD/BluRay drive). You will need to use an adapter, which typically comes with the fan. The adapter can be daisy chained so you can connect multiple fans and won't lose the peripheral connector.

Would this fit in my iBUYPOWER ARC Series NE611FX Desktop PC AMD FX-Series FX-4200 (3.3GHz) 4GB DDR3 1TB HDD Windows 8.1 64-Bit ? I wanna upgrade the 300w power supply but I'm a total noob with PCs.

It's a good power supply I mean it rinds my 6 core easily I would do allot of research though
