The specs say HDMI and DVI connectors but the picture shows HDMI and DP. Which is it?

It has 2 HDMI and one display port. There is NO DVI. This feedback is based on monitor i received. Hope it helps.

The frame is a glossy black,  the screen finish is matte/anti-glare,  this is a very nice monitor.

Title states 75Hz, specs directly below say 60Hz. Which one is it??

It's a bit of an oddball. The way the monitor works, is it can do 75hz with AMD Freesync enabled. This would require an AMD video card to take advantage of.

You can select 75hz on an Nvidia card, if you enable Freesync in the monitor settings, but people have had mixed results with this. For some, they successfully got it to work at 75hz with their Nvidia card, while others experienced frame skipping while on 75hz.

I personally had frame skipping when I tried to do 75hz with my Nvidia card. This was why I returned this monitor.

Basically, if you have an Nvidia card, but are aiming to try and get 75hz, chances are, you're better off skipping on this monitor.

is this monitor compatible with xbox one S???

You could, but you wouldn't be able to game in 21:9. All you games would have black bars on the sides. I would look for a good 16:9 monitor if I were you.

Is this a curved screen? I can't tell from the pictures and the specs don't say.

NOT a curved screen. be aware the screen is approxiamtely 11.5 inches high

Newegg has this listed as HDMI and DVI while other places it is listed with HDMI and Display Port. Other websites also say this is a freesync enabled monitor which needs a DP. Which inputs does this come shipped with?

It has freesync enabled from 48-60hz, which you will need to connect via DP to use. Honestly though, the freesync range is so small that it made absolutely no difference in my experience.

Does this monitor have any controls that can be accessed without a computer? I'm looking for one i can use for both a PS4 and a computer. Will primarily use the PS4 so sometimes need to adjust audio, etc without a PC attached/on.

all i see is an on/off button, but you should be able to adjust screen through either computer or your PS4 .... i use Xbox so not sure what you can do through PS4 in menu

Yes, and they function from any of the video inputs. There's also a 3.5mm headphone-out jack that can be used when needed.

Currently coming from a 20" 1600 x 900 monitor what would you say are the pro and cons of this monitor? or what is going to be the biggest difference if i were to purchase this item?

Wow, coming from that your mind will be blown.  If you use it for work, being able to have multiple windows up will be amazing.  If you're in to gaming the immersion will be incredible for you.  I just purchased this to replace a 27" 1080p widescreen.  The step up in color, true blacks and the width make it an incredible upgrade.
