Hello I cant seem to find my airtime PINs anywhere on my phone does anyone know where to locate them when you get this phone thanks. I tried looking for the shipping invoice for it but I only a Packing list with no info to pins and some advertisement paper from microsof? any help would be appreciated thanks.

I have already thrown out my packing slip but it was on the packing slip on the right hand side of the page about half way up the page. It was either twelve(12) or  fifteen(15) digits in length. Look hard. It is there. I am not even trying to suggest that you are dishonest but I will point out to you that if you give the number to someone else or try to use it at a later date they WILL KNOW. In this age of technology NOTHING is hidden. I am a customer of newegg only. I have NEVER worked for them in any manner whatsoever. I hope you didn't throw out that packing slip! Good Luck

Does this phone come with a 1 year service card? How is the 1 year of service applied? Can the service be 1 year service be applied to another Tracfone?

I don't look at my e-mail very often as I'm extremely handicapped & generally don't get anything but junk & spam. As for your question I suppose it depends on if you bought the phone or not. If you bought the phone & can't find the card it's because it comes with 400 minutes & a year of service but NOT in the form of a card like you get at a store. It is printed about half way down the right hand side of the invoice page that comes with the phone. If you are already a trac phone customer you are aware that to use a trac phone for the first time you need to call them on another phone, preferably a land line, the customer service stinks with a capital SUCK. You need to get a number for the phone assigned or switch your current service to the trac phone. You can do it on line but again be expected to jump through some hoops! The reason I say a land line is you can expect to be on the phone for up to 45 minutes just to switch your current trac fone to the new one. Don't be surprised that you end up talking to someone in India, Belize or somewhere else. When I switched to the new phone I was on with a person from the Philippians. The girl was pleasant enough but had to re-boot her computer something like 10 times during the call. As for putting that year of service on another trac fone I suppose you could try but since it's not a card I have no idea if it would work. All in all I am pleased with the phone & since I was using a dinosaur previous to the new phone I'm very pleased with all it can do. It's no smart phone but the next best thing. I went out & purchased a 32 gig memory chip for it & it now has all my music, photos, etc. in the palm of my hand. GOOD LUCK

Can the minutes activation pin be used on a the phone I currently own?  It is the same model.  I would save the new phone as a spare.

Can minutes be used for internet service?

Yes, web access is possible but not too easy on the small screen. It uses minutes in small amounts just for the time data is being transmitted if you don't have Wi-Fi access. I've used it for facebook and gmail when without Wi-Fi access on the road, but usually use a laptop or tablet when Wi-Fi is available. I just switched to the newest Android Tracfone Optimus Dynamic II (LG39C) which is much better but $100 ($130 from Tracfone) without minutes right now.

Can I transfer my phone number from Virgin mobile?

The ability to transfer your number is dependent on your carrier and service from my understanding. I believe all carriers will release your number but please check with your carrier to confirm this is true before committing to the change.

will the 1yr/1200 work if buying this to replace my existing tracfone? or is it just for new customers?

You can transfer your existing tracfone phone # and the remaining time and minutes to the new phone along with adding the 1 yr and 1200 minutes.

my phone didn't reset time for daylight savings. I couldn't find where to reset time on the phone. could anyone help me with this problem?

this phone comes with mins. & internet.?

The phone has 3G but uses your minutes if you use the internet. It also has Wifi. So if you connect to wifi then the phone will use the wifi for the internet and to check email and will not use any minutes.
