I have a trac phone can I send my minutes to upgraded phone.?
Can I have the existing phone number?

Yep, I did it on Tracphone's website and it completed transferring my minutes and phone number over within 24 hours. The nice thing is going from a dumb phone to a smart phone like I did is the buckets. Say you have 200 minutes left on your old phone, when you transfer them to the smart phone you have 200 talk minutes plus 200 text plus 200mb of data. And it works that way whenever you add more minutes, plus you can buy cards for just data if you need more but not more talk and text. I've enjoyed my LG, it's a great smartphone if you don't want to spend hundreds on something with a bigger screen or faster memory that you really don't need. I believe it comes with a 4gb card but you may want to buy a 32gb card, doesn't take long to fill up with music and pics.

The pin expires 90 days after activation. There is no expiration date as to when it has to be activated.

Will this work in area code 19083? What is the battery standby and talk time?

If there is Tracfone Service available in your area, then this phone will work. I have found that I get about 1.5 days on normal use with Wifi on all the time. If I didn't have Wifi on, I would expect about 3 days.

One thing to point out about the phone is that you have to download the android tracfone app to monitor airtime, and this requires internet to update.

My Phone uses Verizon service for the 3G data, talk and text. My old LG 530 used AT&T.  I am very pleased with the service I'm getting. You will have your minutes actually triple. if you have 1200 minutes talk, You will also get 1200 minutes of text, and data. AND, they will be deducted separately.  If you text a lot, you will see your text minutes go down while the others remain at their levels. This is a nice feature.
Only CON I have is it doesn't have a front facing camera do no hangout or skype. 
Love the phone. it has given me great service.

You can check your balance online at Tracfone website which IMO is the least preferred method, but I much prefer to use the Tracfone App/widget.

I haven't done this in a while, because I use the App/Widget most of the time, but I believe there is a setting buried somewhere in the phone itself.

Overall this is decent smart phone and triple minutes is a big plus.

It comes with a 200 minutes tripled card that provides 90 days of service. I had an account and it transferred the time and minutes from my other phone. Only issue I have is it doesn't have a front facing camera. Does what I wanted it to do. email, face book, etc.

It's OK, but certainly more cramped than the one on a larger phone.
For texting, nothing beats a regular (slider) keyboard... but swype can make texting very easy if you can get used to it.
