can i use this with the iphone 5s and 6?

Absolutely! I have colleagues with both kinds of iPhones and they work fine. I am assuming that it will work with any smartphone with bluetooth capability. I absolutely love mine!

I need sweat or water proof?

It's the best. I do landscaping and use it daily in all types of weather for over a year. Battery last for 1.5 days for me. I am a very heavy cell user.

is this item an authentic LG brand?

I am unsure what you are actually asking. It has the LG trademarked logo on it and there is a black one for sale on LG's site, so I assume that it is "an authentic LG brand."
