Is their an optical audio input on this sound bar?

Yes, it is the only way to connect the soundbar to the TV. Optical cable from tv to soundbar, plug from soundbar to outlet. Subwoofer is wireless, but plugs to wall

Does the TV remote control the volume of the sound bar or do you have to use the sound bar remote?

It may be possible to program a TV remote for use with a sound bar but have never seen it done. When using this or any other sound bar you need to turn the volume on the TV off completely and let the sound come directly from the sound bar. Otherwise there is distortion. That said the LG LAS465B 2.1ch 300W Sound Bar is one of the best for the price; far superior to other brands/model of similar cost. Whatever you decide don't get a Visio they are cheap and of poor sound quality.

Is there a grill that goes over the speakers or are the speakers and stickers  visible?

No grill. You presumably can peel off the sticker (I unboxed mine and installed at camp, only got as far as using it). Does come with a wall mount bracket. I think the concept was that the wall mounted black shiny plastic soundbar melds with black shiny plastic of  wall mounted TV above/below it.

Will my Bluetooth headphones connect with sound bar?

I can only offer that the instructions with the unit do not speak to connecting in such a manner.   My assumption is that the signal from the main unit to the subwoofer is only for that purpose, therefore it's unlikely that there is a reason to, or an ability to, connect headphones to the unit.  You're essentially asking will the unit turn my TV into having bluetooth capability to send the full sound range to headphones.  I doubt it, plus, there are much lower cost ways to do that.

If I understand the question you are asking if there is an HDMI cable with an optical adapter on the other end or an adapter that would allow an optical end to connect to an HDMI cable. Am unable to find such a cable or adapter that meets your criteria. No search or literature led to such a device.
