Yes, either through a HDMI, or wirelessly through Wireless Display or Miracast.

Any specific numbers on input lag?

No numbers, but I've had this TV for several months and didn't notice lag.  Granted, I play Skyrim and a games of that type, so no real help with faster FPS games..

does "smart" imply connectivity to Netflix?

Yes it does...along with VUDU, HULU and Web Browser to name some more.  I watch Netflix a couple of times per week.  The TV controller is not only a motion controlled pointer/cursor, but it has voice control to search.

I'm pretty happy with the SMART features
