The outer dimensions of the set are:

29" L
17" H
.79" D

There's a back panel that protrudes more that the "flat" portion. From the back of this panel to the front of the screen is about 3".

Does this TV have a tuner?

I set the TV up to use a rabbit ear antenna.
I am in the Columbus Ohio area.
The TV and the antenna are able to access 18 stations.
I can't believe any TV would not have a tuner.

How do I connect this tv to WIFI or any internet connection? I do not want cable service, I just want to be able to use my netflix subscription on it.

You need something like a Roku box or similar streaming device. Connect it via HDMI cable to the HDMI input of the LG TV.
You'll then use your streaming device (like Roku) to connect to the internet and then use Roku to watch Netflix on your LG TV.

Question 4

Specs indicate that this model has a 3.5mm headphone jack. Either it doesn't or it's hiding it extremely well. Where, if at all, is the headphone jack on this model?

I have no clue. It is not something I use, so I never considered looking for it; I doubt I would know what I was looking for either.

response time/lag time is not available in the manual but the TV  has 7 Mode(Vivid/Standard/Cinema/Sport/Game/Expert1/Expert2)
