Question 1

its says max resolution 3840x2160. what other supported resolutions are supported?

how does:
1920x1200
and 
other supported resolutions look?

1920x1200 needs to be stretched to fit the screen. That would be done using your video adapter. If it supports it, then this tv should be fine. But, if you're using anything close to 1080p (1920x1080), why not just get a standard 1080p tv?

Question 2

How is it as a computer monitor?  I hope the answer is good, but some TVs have a bunch of filtering and image enhancement that make computer images fuzzy and strange.

I own this, purchased it locally a couple of weeks ago.

As a monitor, it will work fine at 3840x2160@30Hz.  But at 60Hz it requires chroma compression (YCbCr 4:2:0), even with 18Gbps HDMI 2.0 cables and Nvidia GTX980 graphics cards.  You'd never notice this for video or games, but it causes bad artifacts on text.  So unless you are using it from across the room, expect to run it at 30Hz most of the time.

Also the monitor will report it's native resolution as 1920x1080 to your PC, but it really is native at 3840x2160.  (It also lists 4096x2160, but that is not native and will not render text correctly.)

It does help to fiddle a bit with the TV settings.  Turn sharpness down to around 10 or 20, turn off noise reductions, turn off pixel/edge enhancements, etc.

The data on this TV I can find specifically states it does not use an IPS panel, why does the product page here say it does?  One or the other is incorrect, is this an IPS panel or TN, or MVA, or PLS, or what?

I really don't know if it is my customer wanted it they researched it and found that this was the only TV that would fit in their cabinet.

Is it really 120Hz?  I thought it weas 60hz !

Has anybody else tried this monitor on a computer with 4k at 60hz? Did you use hdmi2 or mini-display? How's the delay processing, artifacting, general quality? I would be upgrading from a Seiki 4k so I would like to know if it is worth it. The Seiki 4k is 4k@30hz only with mini display 1.2 but I am not pleased with the laggy slowness of 30hz. I use it at 1080p@120hz though and it looks very nice. I game on Starcraft 2 and use photoshop a lot- that's what this would be used for. Thanks

It does do 4k@60hz, but with reduced colors(the 4:2:0 mentioned in Richards answer above), so there will be a bit more blurriness than you would see in a 4:4:4 screen.  From what I have read tho, HDCP 2.2 and HDMI 2.0, when used together, means you can't get enough bandwidth to do 4k@60hz w/ 4:4:4 chroma.  If you can find one with HDCP 2.0 and HDMI 2.0 that supports, you should get the full color range.
