Does this TV have 120 hertz capability?

I wish I could update that answer and my review, I feel like an idiot.

To be honest, I've never used this as a "watch cartoons/shows/etc" TV. I use this as a console gaming TV. I have the Wii U, PS4, and Xbox One hooked up to this. I don't have cable and I don't stream/watch Netflix. I use YouTube, but I don't notice the 120Hz refresh rate. It's probably 120Hz, but I honestly can't tell the different between my gaming monitors and this TV's refresh rate.

I'm definitely not the best person to ask about the 120Hz refresh rate.

What is the length of the STAND alone from far end to far end. Also, is it metal?

40" at it's widest, in the rear.  Yes, it is metal.
