Can my phone work with this mount?
Designed for iPhone 12–17 and MagSafe cases. For non-MagSafe phones (Android or older iPhones), stick the included metal ring to the center of your case's exterior. Note: only works on smooth, rigid surfaces—not fabric or textured materials.
Can I use it in my car?
No. This mount is built for indoor or flat surfaces like airplanes, office desks, luggage racks, etc.—it is not a car mount. Do not clip it onto any car vent or dashboard—it won’t hold securely and could damage your vehicle.
Why are the clamps so tight?
The tight clamp is a safety feature. We use high-tension springs to prevent drops during turbulence. Open it with both hands, It's stiff at first but loosens with use. Don't force it one-handed.
The magnetic hold doesn’t feel strong enough—my phone keeps falling?
24 N55 magnets hold 2.8 kg (6.2 lbs)—enough for Pro Max. If weak: thick cases (e.g., OtterBox) reduce grip—remove; metal ring must be on case exterior, not on phone; case back must be flat. If all good, contact support.
Will it fit on all tray tables?
The mount’s maximum jaw opening is about 1.18 inches—roughly the size of a U.S. dollar coin. Before buying, you can hold a coin up to the surfaces you plan to use it on at home to check compatibility.
