Q1: Does this charger cool my phone?
A1: Its TEC cooling mainly cools the wireless car charger, not the phone. Thick cases exceeding 2.5mm or hot dashboards over 37°C reduce cooling effect.
Q2: No charging?
A2: First, confirm your phone and case are compatible. Second. Use the charger included with our product instead of the car’s built-in USB port for optimal charging performance.

A3: Cooling and fan will NOT turn on without a phone placed on the charger. No manual activation needed. Cooling kicks in 3–5 mins after placing your phone. Besides, High heat hurts performance.

A6: The low hum comes from the TEC cooling fan and only appears when your phone contacts the charger. Normal noise is below 40dB and may sound louder in quiet car cabins.
