How to use?
a. After the base of the stand lights up with a red reminder, it needs to be charged in time in order to work and adsorb on the surface.
b. The stand will make “Pssst” sound when working, it's caused by air release during suction operation.
c. Please note: The stand can not charge the cell phone.
Why Mount Fails on Dashboard?
a. The stand does not support dry, rough, curved, wooden or uneven surfaces.
b. If the surface is leather, you must stick a transparent pad on the surface before placing the stand, otherwise the adsorption force will be weakened and it cannot be fixed.
Why can't the stand adsorb the cell phone?
a. The stand is only compatible with iPhone 12-16 series.
b. If the phone case you wear does not support magsafe function or is too thick, please paste the metal ring to fix it on the stand.
