Prepared to get a weighted jump rope
The handles are specially prepared to hold BRANK Sports weights.
Weights are not included in the package. But you can order them as an option to build your weighted skipping rope in a few seconds.
Steel speed cables
3 PVC coated steel cables are included in the package. They are PVC sheathed and all measure 12 feet:
- 1 black cable of 3mm diameter to learn the DUs
- 1 red cable and 1 blue cable of 2.5mm diameter for those who have mastered DUs and are looking for more speed.
The cables must not be used on abrasive surfaces such as concrete or asphalt, otherwise the cables will deteriorate rapidly.
