WHY HEREROPE 1/4LB JUMP ROPE?
Rotation Design - We used the highest quality, ball bearings for smooth jumping, and to protect your wrists and shoulders from excessive torque and strain.
Rope Design - 6MM durable PVC coated wire. it is more durable in low temperature or high temperature. Tangle free design minimizes trip-ups.
Handle Design - Handles are engineered to be no-slip, ergonomic, and durable, finished with a PU leather grip to enhance handling and comfort.

What if I'm between two lengths?
Beginner:
If you are new to jump rope training and have never jumped before, choose the longer version. This gives you more room for error or short it.
Advanced:
If you have previous jumping experience or generally have good coordination, then it comes down to personal preference. If you primarily want to maximize the speed of your jumps, then we recommend the shorter version.
What if I have chosen the Long length for me?
The rope can be adjusted. If the rope it to long, you can shorten the rope to your desired length easily. Please do not overcut.
