I'm female with fairly small hands (7' from pinkie to thumb, 3' wide palm), how would this mouse be with my tiny hands?

Although the G502 looks like a large mouse it is narrow enough that a person with small hands should be comfortable with it.  Additionally, the thumb side has a slight recess to it that should further aide a smaller hand.  With proper positioning of your hand on the G502 you should be able to reach all of the mouse buttons.

I owned a logitech G500 which is similar to this product due to the customization of weights and dpi but the big difference is that you can tune the mouse to the surface of your choice and you can change profile on the fly with 1 click so basically u can have 3 different profile with 15 different dpi settings. I never owned any of the corsair series but from my research they look similar, this mouse has a programmable sniper button too if you want it. Overall it's a solid product, easy to configure, change weights and feels good in your hand but it's not made for small hands.

Does this mouse use USB 2.0 or 3.0?

it uses USB 2.0 but i would suggest plugging it into a USB 3.0 port as the onboard ARM processor draws more power than just your average mouse.

How does this feel in the hand compared to the G500? I prefer that for my gaming. I Bought a G9X but it was too small and didn't feel right, my fingers hang off and it doesn't site right in my palm.

Compared to the G500 which I owned before buying the G502  it's slightly shorter.  For a bit of reference I have large hands (Large-XL size gloves) the only real difference I've genuinely noticed is that the 502 is shorter so my pinky  rests against the mousepad. My thumb would as well but the pad on the left of the mouse keeps it from doing so and is rather comfortable  and keeps my thumb from hitting the mouse buttons like I did with the G500. The knuckle of my index finger rest right over the glowing G on the 502 in a mostly comfortable position where it didn't really feel too small. This mouse only feels small when trying to adjust the DPI (those angular buttons to the left of the primary mouse button) which involves a bit of quick stretching. While my wrist rests slightly off the edge of the mouse I haven't noticed any discomfort using it, its actually about the same length as the G500 in my opinion with a much better resting position for your fingers given the slight curve of the mouse buttons.

I have medium-largish hands and was wondering if this mouse would be good for a palm grip? I have a deathadder 2013 right now and it's a bit too short and narrow for me to palm comfortably.

I also have medium-largish hands (just shy of palming a basketball comfortably) and I find this mouse to be comfortable in a palm grip, though after a bit of googling, it appears I use more of a hybrid palm-fingertip grip. Resting my palm completely on the mouse gives me a comfortable grip that does not extend past the edges of the buttons uncomfortably.

Did a search for specs on the two mice, and found that the Logitech is 132mm long and the Deathadder is 127mm long. I'm not a great judge of distance in mm and have never used the Deathadder so your mileage may vary with this information.

The tips of the Logitech are angled which will provide lengthier surface area while the tips of the Deathadder are more flat. This and the extra few mm's may be what you're looking for.

Can the blue LED be turned off? I can easily paint the blue stripe.

There's an option in the LGS To turn off the blue LED's.  They will always turn on when changing profile or DPI settings, then will turn off a few seconds later if you turn the option off in the LGS lighting options.

Question 9

How big is this mouse? My hand is about 6.7 inches from wrist to top of middle finger is this a good size for me? Will it be to big or to small? Thanks!

My wrist to middle finger is about 7.5" and it works fine for me.  The mouse is more narrow than short so if your hand isn't too wide you should be fine.

Sadly it cannot. The only lighting options are on, off, and a variable strobe effect.
