Does this mouse have a USB dongle or require a USB port?

No, it is a Bluetooth mouse and also does not include a USB bluetooth adapter. I like it a lot, and have 3 of them -- laptop bag, office, and home office. So as my primary mouse, when I do presentations while mobile, it feels just like my normal mouse.

Approximately how Deep, how Wide, how Tall is it? A mouse I have that hurts to use is 4" Deep x 2.5" Wide x 1.25" Tall, I have a more comfortable mouse that is 5" Deep x 2.5" Wide x 1.5" Tall. Small number changes, but a world of difference. This is important product information missing from the "specifications" tab.

Unfortunately, this mouse appears to be similar in size to the one you say hurts your hand. My quick measurement is 4" long, 2.375 wide and about 1.25 high. I would describe it as a "travel size" mouse. Other than size, my wife and I both use one and like it very much. It is especially good if one has a newer, smaller notebook and doesn't want to use a USB port for the mouse.
