Does the G603 have rubber grips?

No rubber grips. It's all plastic except the scroll wheel has rubber.

How big is the G603? Is it suitable for Claw grip?

It is a medium sized mouse. Medium height, and medium width. If you have a big hand and want rest your hand on the mouse while you play, it will not be a good fit. If you spider, or claw grip it , it will work great. It is responsive in both Bluetooth, and transceiver modes.
